Get Answers to Your Pool Service Questions
Billing & Pricing
Will I need to sign a service contract?
No! We do not require or offer service contracts. We believe our service speaks for itself and don't ask our clients to lock themselves in to a contract.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment including: cash, credit/debit, ACH, Venmo, and PayPal.
Services
What types of pools do you service?
We service all types of in-ground pools. We do not service above ground pools at this time.
Do I need to be home for regular service visits?
No, you do not have to be home for service visits. We are happy to meet all new clients in person before starting service so you get to know who we are, but all service can typically be done without access to your home. As long as we can access the pool and equipment, we shouldn't have to bother you.
When should I open/close my pool?
Short answer, it's really up to you!

Most of our clients open their pool for the season sometime between late March and late May. Keep in mind that once the pool is open, it will take some time complete the cleanup process, and this can vary from pool to pool and year to year. So factor that in if you're planning an event you want the pool ready for! Spring openings tend to book up fast, so schedule with us early if you want a specific date!

Pool closing dates vary more widely than openings, but most clients aim to close by Thanksgiving. Many clients will opt to keep their spa open year-round, and we offer winter spa services if that's something you're interested in.
Equipment
Will you install equipment I purchased online?
Unfortunately, no. While pool equipment can sometimes be found online at discount rates from big box stores, purchasing these components online significantly reduces or voids their manufacturer's warranty. As a policy, we will only install new equipment purchased through one of our authorized distributors. We work to keep our material prices low for our service area, but can't compete with rates offered through major online retailers.
Do you service all types of pool equipment?
Yes, our pool technicians and service professionals are trained to operate and repair all brands and types of pool equipment.
